It's been a long time that I have written short stories. I have always been thinking of music and humour all the way, where a short story of my friend santhana restarted the story writing in me. My way of writing stories is to imagine as if I am writing a story for a movie. Eventhough it's a short story, I try to write as if this story is going to be directed by some one in the film fraternity. Just gave a weird thought on these two stories and wrote this in a span of 2 days. These two stories have different plots and different audiences that it may appeal with. Whatever might be, request you to spend some time reading it. Might sound to you as a movie! Even if it does not appeal for all, I am sure it may appeal for some. It was a dream come true. At the age of 20 when I penned the lyrics and composed the song "Kaalai NeyraThendralai" during my college - Thermal engineering class, it was a dream to compose and release an album along with my college junior Mahesh, thanks to our HOD who was tak ing the class at that time in providing this rare oppurtunity :-). As Mahesh (keyboardist) went for his higher studies, the dream came to a stop (not fully). In the year 2005, when I met a likely minded close friend of mine - Benjamin in HCL, I had put forth this idea and that is where we thought of giving life to our dreams. We had the similiar likely minded people (Aarthi, Nivethitha and Sasidharan) who agreed to contribute and our efforts of creating an album came true with a social cause. Yes, we did the album for Aruwe ( www.aruwe.org ) with a social cause in mind as all the profit of selling this Album going towards aruwe. The album was released in 2006 at Kamarajar memorial hall,

It has become an agenda for me to ensure that I participate in atleast one stage performance every year. This is to ensure that my energy does not come down and I get pepped up with the new talents grooming around me. Yes that's what happened in Isai Kudumbam, a reality show of Star Vijay TV. As mentioned earlier Vijay TV has always been "Vijay" ( வெற்றி) TV for me. Each time we particpate in Vijay TV, we fight hard to receive the winner's tag and this competition was no way different from the previous ones. We had to clear the knockout round, Semi's and enter the finals to face TCS, one of the tough opponents. The beauty of this contest was it was shot in two days and we had to prepare 14 songs considering each rounds and it was tough for us to complete the Semi's on Saturday night 10PM and come over for the finals on Sunday morning 9:00 AM. The entire episodes of Isai Kudumbam was shot over the weekend as all the participants were office goers and weekends w

M usic is always something that keeps the stress away from a human being and we strongly believe that as a team. Many people know as paadum office title winners last year when the first edition of Paadum office was telecast in Star Vijay TV. It was a great platform for all the team members of our HCL band to show case the talent and it was a great experience to lead a team full of talents. The secret of this team is that all members are open to comments and all members of the team likes to improve individually and as a team. Even though we were not able to win the first place in this year's paadum office, it was a consolation for us that we were able to gain the title of "winners" this time for a difference not the first place but third place. Still we are happy that we are winners, not just because we are winning, but we have hit a "hat trick".
